The Workplace Stress and Resilience Course

Workplace stress support, helping staff find the right balance

Workplace Stress & Resilience support for your employees

The Workplace Stress and Resilience Course will help your staff develop a personal definition of what stress is, the signs and symptoms that they may experience or display if they are stressed or over-pressured and the health risks of short and long-term stress.

It will help them understand their personal vulnerability to stress and, that by identifying things that cause them stress and managing these in a different way, and by having a range of healthy coping strategies, they can reduce the impact that stress has on their physical and mental
health.

What our Clients Think

“Seeing the number of other colleagues who engaged was extremely eye-opening and helped to break the silence around the topic. I also found some of the parts which put language to feeling and symptoms of stress and anxiety (e.g. panic attacks) really valuable.”
