Fantastic course with a fabulous instructor. [A] straight talking approach, interspersed with the trainers vast theoretical knowledge with relatable and personal examples
Our employees came away with the confidence that they would be much better placed how to respond should they encounter colleagues or otherwise suffering with a mental health issue. An invaluable offering, thank you.

What are the pillars of wellbeing?
The Pillars of Wellbeing are the fundamental principles on which workplace wellbeing is based. These are:
- Physical Wellbeing
- Mental Wellbeing

As a workplace wellbeing leader, these principles will help you develop your wellbeing strategy and culture to improve wellbeing in your workplace. These pillars underpin a lot of the training we provide.
You can read more about the Pillars of Workplace Wellbeing on our blog.
What is a wellbeing workshop?
A wellbeing workshop is exactly as it sounds – a workshop designed to help attendees with their wellbeing.
Our workshops are designed to be interactive and engaging, which is why we host them live with experience physical and mental health practitioners.
How long are workplace wellbeing training sessions?
Our wellbeing training sessions vary in length, depending on the level of training.
Our workshops mostly last for 60 minutes, including a Q&A session.
Our Wellbeing Leader Training and our Wellbeing Champions Courses, however, are full-day training sessions, as they offer a much deeper level of knowledge than our workshops.
Who should have workplace wellbeing training?

- HR employees
- Workplace wellbeing leaders

Additionally, senior leadership and board members may also benefit from wellbeing training.
