UK workplace wellbeing provider New Leaf Health, based in Kinver, celebrated its 30th anniversary on Friday 21st August with a birthday event at the Edward Marsh Centre, Kinver, bringing together clients, local businesses, councillors, and friends and family from across the company’s three decades.

Founded in 1996, New Leaf Health has spent 30 years helping organisations across the UK build healthier, happier workplaces through services spanning employee health checks, mental health training, workplace counselling and more.
The afternoon gave guests the chance to take a trip through the company’s history, with old photographs and artefacts pulled from the archives, alongside free health checks on the company’s medical-grade equipment, over-the-clothes massages, and a health quiz. Celebrations included a Prosecco toast, plus food and a 30th birthday cake provided by local cafe The Olde House Tearooms.

As part of the celebrations, New Leaf Health pledged a £300 donation to Kinver Parish Council to support the ongoing development of Jubilee Gardens in Kinver, giving back to the community the company has called home for 30 years.
“Reaching 30 years is a real milestone, and it felt only right to mark it here in Kinver, surrounded by the people who’ve been part of our story,” said Phil Olding, Founder of New Leaf Health. “We’ve grown a great deal since 1996, but our purpose hasn’t changed: helping people live healthier, happier working lives. Being able to give something back to Kinver, which has played a huge role in our history, made the day all the more special.”
New Leaf Health is a member of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce and continues to work with organisations of all sizes across the UK.
