This course is designed for Wellbeing Leaders assigned to design, implement, and evaluate their company’s workplace wellbeing strategy. The training is delivered online over one day through an open course format.
This course is ideal for those who wish to:
- Enhance their theoretical and evidence-based knowledge of managing health and wellbeing at their workplace.
- Develop or produce their company’s workplace wellbeing strategy and policies.
- Create a positive environment for an effective health and wellbeing programme.

This course focuses on integrating workplace health and wellbeing at both the strategic and practical implementation levels. The content is delivered by leading experts and is supplemented by a comprehensive Training Guide. Attendees are welcome from all professional backgrounds, including Wellbeing Leads, Health and Safety Practitioners, Human Resource professionals, Senior Managers, and staff tasked with the company’s wellbeing initiatives.

The Workplace Wellbeing Leadership Course is split into to key halves. The first half, delivered in the morning, focuses on the strategic foundations of wellbeing strategy and leadership.
The afternoon session is about the delivery of wellbeing, focusing on understanding the principles of health promotion in the workplace.
