Aims of the course

  • Enhance Understanding of Workplace Wellbeing: Equip participants with the knowledge to articulate the significance of workplace wellbeing, recognise its associated costs and benefits, and identify key opportunities and barriers for promoting wellbeing within their organisations.
  • Define the Role of Wellbeing Leaders: Clarify the responsibilities and impact of wellbeing leaders, enabling them to effectively enhance the health and wellbeing of their colleagues through strategic leadership and advocacy.
  • Implement Health Promotion Principles: Foster an understanding of the core principles of health promotion and the ethical considerations necessary for developing a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that aligns with organisational values.
