When is Know Your Numbers Week?
This annual week-long event takes place every September in the UK.
The campaign, organised by Blood Pressure UK, usually takes place during the first full week of September.
In 2025, the campaign is taking place from the 8th – 14th September – so don’t forget to download your Know Your Numbers Week Posters!
What's the campaign about?
Know Your Numbers Week is an annual campaign aimed at encouraging everyone to get to know their health numbers.
The event is organised by Blood Pressure UK, so the emphasis is primarily on understanding blood pressure.
Here at New Leaf Health, we like to focus on cholesterol and diabetes, too, as they all contribute to good cardiovascular health. This is why our posters cover all of these areas!
How can you celebrate Know Your Numbers Week?
There are plenty of ways to recognise the KYN campaign in your workplace, and get to get your staff talking about health.
