“The course has given me the confidence to begin putting everything I learnt into practice and start making a difference to the lives of our employees.”
The Workplace Wellbeing Coordinators Course is designed for those responsible for their company’s workplace wellbeing strategy.
Regardless of your previous experience, the course will develop and deepen your knowledge around workplace wellbeing. Additionally, you’ll leave with greater confidence around how to improve wellbeing in your workplace.
This course will give you the skills and knowledge to:
We run this as an open course. This means that we open the places to a variety of businesses – this is ideal for those who want to train just one or two delegates, without needing to pay for a full private course.
We host the course face-to-face at venues around the UK, typically around large cities like London.
The benefit of training with other delegates is that you can extend your professional network, share ideas, and improve the wellbeing of your workplace. Many previous courses have seen delegates share contact details with each other and set up WhatsApp groups to stay in touch.
The course is trained in a traditional classroom style, with an emphasis on activities, discussion, and interaction. We take regular breaks throughout the day, including lunch, which is included in the cost.
This course is designed with wellbeing and HR professionals in mind, but anyone with responsibility around workplace wellbeing can attend and gain useful insights.
Please note, this course won’t give you the skills to be an independant consultant on workplace wellbeing. The course is designed specifically for those responsible for wellbeing within a business, who will be dealing with wellbeing activities as part of their day-to-day role.
The Workplace Wellbeing Coordinators Course was developed for our clients in response to a need for formal training around developing workplace wellbeing programmes. As such, this qualification has been developed entirely here at New Leaf Health, based on our extensive knowledge and experience around workplace wellbeing.
The course is also CPD-certified for active learning, meaning you can claim active learning hours towards your professional development requirements.
We don’t currently offer this course online, only face-to-face.
The reason for this is that the course relies highly on interaction, engagement and discussion. Whilst this works for many other topics (including a lot of other courses that we offer), we firmly believe that delegates get the best from this course when it’s held face-to-face.
We’re one of the most active and experienced workplace wellbeing companies in the UK. We’ve been working with clients since 1996, and our collective experience extends well before this, too.
We’ve worked with a range of clients in all different sectors, including the UK government, the NHS, and many organisations in the private sector – from micro businesses, right up to multinational corporations.
In other words, when it comes to workplace wellbeing, we could write several books on the subject. If you’re trying to get on top of wellbeing challenges specific to your business, we can help.
Very informative and useful in terms of being able to develop plan/strategy. Phil and Andy were absolutely brilliant – they made the course engaging and enjoyable.
The course gave me a clearer understanding of workplace wellbeing. It was also beneficial to speak to other attendees and get ideas on what they offer.
Thought-provoking, lots of new ideas, great networking opportunity, good insight into what wellbeing can do for an organisation.
In addition to setting up New Leaf Health in 1996 , Phil has trained and supported hundreds of Wellbeing Managers across the UK. He is a very experienced facilitator whose aim is to make the session informal, informative and enjoyable.
