Samaritans is a UK charity that is available to talk to people day and night, whatever they’re going through. This is an incredibly important service for individuals who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts and feelings. Being able to reach out to someone and speak to them, without judgement, can be the first step in seeking further help from a medical professional.
